BirdLife Mornington Peninsula and Mr Baillieu Myer

After a two year survey period the final Elgee Park report was delivered by BirdLife Mornington Peninsula to Mr Baillieu Myer at a morning tea on his property in late 2016. This report was compiled from 32 individual surveys throughout 2014 and 2015 by members of the branch. Two to three enthusiastic and diligent members were required for each survey, which normally took 3 hours. At the presentation Mr Myer expressed his appreciation for the work done to prepare the report which will also provide BirdLife Australia an insight into the birds found on this part of the Mornington Peninsula.
