TBN works with migrant and refugee communities.

TBN works with migrant and refugee communities.

So far the project has been successful in engaging the community in bird monitoring and conservation. The workshops are for anyone interested in birds and being outdoors, the workshops have been specially tailored to community groups. Last week we ran a workshop with the Newport Australian Arabic Women’s Community Group in Melbourne. They were very enthusiastic and wanted to learn all about local birds, they also bought beautiful food and coffee to share!
