Another successful forum!

Representatives from our Network of Branches, SiGs, Observatories and Reserves and action groups and affiliates.

We hear from the room post forum!

Thanks so much for the opportunity to be part of the networking forum, I think you have done an excellent job pulling this together and I came away from the forum with some excellent contacts, information and network opportunities.   I will certainly be taking this positive experience back to the Gluepot management committee.  I would also say that attendance at this forum has given me a very different perspective of the BirdLife Australia operations and team in Melbourne and clearly the success of BLA would not be possible without a passionate and dedicated team.  A very sincere thank you to both and the BLA Team for a very valuable and professional forum.  Ian Falkenburg Gluepot Committee

As the Delegate representing BirdLife Townsville to the 2017 Network Forum I would like to congratulate you both on a well run and informative Forum. The Speakers and their Presentations were first class and judging by the Delegates participation enjoyed by all. To be able to network and put a face to the Staff and Delegates was extremely beneficial. I, myself got a lot out of the Forum and it was extremely satisfying to meet like minded people and to be part of a National Organisation (although only 5 years since the merger) that is evolving into the recognised peak body on all matters of conservation and enjoyment of Australian birds.Once again congratulations to all involved. I would like to thank you all for making my visit to the BirdLife Forum possible and sooooo enjoyable. It was lovely to meet folk from all over Australia and learn about their work. I was also pleased to be able to share our group’s Carnaby’s Black Cockatoo work. The hotel was very comfortable and the dinner on Thursday was delicious ( I can still taste that mouth watering lamb!). I am delighted to be asked to be the WA KBA Coordinator and I hope that I can discharge my duties to the benefit of all KBA’s.

Thank you all again.
