6th Annual Network Forum welcomes a bumper turnout to Melbourne next week

Next week we are excited to welcome some of our most valued volunteers to Melbourne for our 6th Annual Network Forum. Attending the Forum are representatives from our network of Branches, Special Interest Groups, Observatories and Reserves, and some of our affiliates.

This Forum is our yearly opportunity to bring people together to update, inform, collaborate and network. From the Network a total of 55 people are coming on both days, including staff and board members we will reach 75/80. A bumper turnout this year!

This year the agenda again focuses on how we continue to work together to have more impact for Australia’s birds, areas covered include: What has changed in the last year with Birdata, and what we have heard from you, Introducing the Migratory Shorebird Conservation Action Plan and learning about your local efforts, Birds in school’s toolkits ready to go, Beach Nesting birds going nationwide, updates from the Nature Laws campaigning team, and lots of networking time!

A big event on our calendar, and we all look forward to it.

cheers all
