ABEF grant opportunity - closing May 31

Does your branch or community group carry out  work which implements Birdlife’s many conservation programs?  If so -  apply for a BirdLife ABEF grant before the 31 May.

The Australian Bird Environment Environment Fund (ABEF) has re-focused its priorities in recent years to facilitate greater involvement of community groups in BirdLife’s programs.

For example, ABEF grants have funded equipment for local Hoodie groups, Birds on Farms workshops, a Seabird workshop, King Island NRM workshop, bird surveys and KBA workshops in the recent past.
The usual grant size is $5k but this can stretch to $10k if the project is strong.
