BirdLife Capricornia branch awarded grant for Yellow Chat conservation

Congratulations to BirdLife Capricornia, who have been awarded a $3000 grant to restore the habitats of the critically endangered Capricorn yellow chat in the region. The grant will be used for habitat improvement works, and was awarded by Rockhampton Regional Council.

BirdLife Capricornia have been working for years to help these very rare birds, see a past post from 2016 on their previous projects.
